Pre-operation preparation includes:
Before equipment maintenance, prepare all necessary spare parts, materials, tools, equipment, and safety protection gear, and conduct thorough inspection and testing to ensure smooth maintenance and safe operation.
Before operation, cut off or shut down the power, water supply, etc., of the equipment under maintenance and hang a "Work in Progress" warning sign.
Before operation, carefully inspect the construction conditions of the work area to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
Commonly Used Tools and Measuring Instruments for Fitters
Tools: Scribers, scribing blocks, dividers, center punches, and surface plates for marking; hammers and chisels for chipping; various files for filing; hacksaws and blades for cutting; twist drills, countersinks, and reamers for hole processing; various taps, dies, and wrenches for threading; flat and curved scrapers for scraping; wrenches and screwdrivers.
Measuring instruments: Steel rulers, knife-edge straight edges, inside and outside calipers, vernier calipers, micrometers, squares, protractors, feeler gauges, dial indicators.
Maintenance Operation Training:
1. The maintenance personnel's routine inspections and daily maintenance tasks for the equipment under their responsibility each shift are as follows:
a) Check whether the components and parts of the maintained equipment are complete, intact, and reliable.
b) Promptly inspect and address issues identified during equipment operation.
c) Regularly adjust and test relevant safety protection devices to ensure they are safe and reliable.
d) Check the hydraulic oil volume, oil quality, lubricating oil volume, and oil quality of various parts of the equipment to ensure they meet specified requirements.
2. Perform maintenance and inspections according to the scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly check contents without missing any items.
3. Master the equipment maintenance content, quality standards, and safety technical measures to ensure maintenance quality and safety.
4. Place disassembled parts in designated locations without obstructing work or passage; ensure objects are securely placed.
When disassembling equipment, follow the predetermined sequence. For parts with fixed relative positions or specific placements, disassemble according to markings.
1. When disassembling larger components, take reliable measures to prevent falling or slipping.
2. When disassembling components with elasticity, bias, or a tendency to roll, implement safety protection measures.
3. When assembling or disassembling components, do not use brittle materials such as cast iron or cast copper, or materials harder than the components, as contact points.
4. During maintenance, when opening covers, tank lids, or changing oil, cover them properly to prevent debris, water, etc., from entering.
5. When assembling rolling bearings, if preheating is not feasible, use soft metal for padding during hammering or pressing.
6. When changing or adding oil to equipment, ensure the grease type, purpose, and quality comply with regulations, and record relevant data.
1. Conduct a comprehensive acceptance check for equipment after maintenance. Equipment requiring barring must undergo barring tests to check operational conditions.
2. The trial run of equipment after maintenance should be uniformly directed by the work supervisor, operated by the driver, with dedicated personnel monitoring key areas.
3. Assign dedicated personnel to monitor and address any issues promptly.
4. Equipment should undergo trial runs after the following maintenance tasks:
a) Repair or replacement of bearings;
b) Major overhaul of motors, adjusting rotor and stator gaps;
c) Overhaul of the hoisting system, track replacement, sheave replacement, connection device replacement, wire rope adjustment, brake system maintenance, major overhaul of the electrical system and winch body;
d) Major overhaul of main fans, blade replacement, adjustment and maintenance of the electrical system;
e) Replacement of main components of water pumps;
f) Replacement of gears in reducers;
g) Other items specified in the maintenance manual requiring trial runs.
5. During trial runs, monitoring personnel should pay special attention to the following two points: 1. Temperature of rotating parts such as bearings;
1. Vibration of rotating and transmission parts, operating sounds, and lubrication conditions;
2. When working at heights or in shafts, wear safety helmets and secure safety harnesses, which should be locked in reliable positions.
3. Parallel work above and below is strictly prohibited at heights and in shafts. If parallel work is necessary, develop reliable safety measures approved by the mine chief engineer and strictly implement them.
Prohibit individuals with abnormal blood pressure, epilepsy, or other conditions unsuitable for working at heights or in shafts from participating in such tasks.
